    Hi Lori, and thank you...

    Unfortunately, looks like this has to be done online to get the Florida resident discount. Here is the official word from Disney:

    "Tickets purchased at the Walt Disney World Resort, including Theme Park gates, are not eligible for discount and will be sold at the full price."

    So make sure you take advantage of the discount online. As they say, a penny saved is a penny earned!
