    Thank you for the response on my last ? Another ? I have read conflicting info regarding the floors.The 14th offers daily appetizers, nightly desserts, free beer, wine, & soda,the 12th does not? If staying on 12 may I go up to 14 to use the full concie

    Hello Autumn!



    I have some GREAT news for YOU!  I spoke with a Cast Member, and she assured me that the 12th floor and the 14th floor offer the exact same food and beverages services for guests.  She even gave the typical Concierge Level food and beverage schedule for Disney's Contemporary Resort:



    * Continental Breakfast - 7:30 am - 10:00 am

    * Snacks/Drinks - 11:30 am - 4:00 pm

    * Hot Hors d'oeuvres/Drinks - 5 pm - 7 pm

    * Desserts/Drinks - 8 pm - 10 pm



    After talking to the Cast Member about the Concierge Level, I want to stay there as well!  If you have other questions, please let me know!
