Welcome back to planDisney, Marlene!
One thing I love about talking to fellow Walt Disney World Resort Guests via planDisney are the awesome follow-up questions! Marlene, I'd love to further explain what transportation options you'll have while vacationing at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Once you've arrived at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa using my friend
Mona Leigh's suggestions, you can most definitely use the complimentary bus transportation to get you from your hotel to the theme parks (Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park). Be sure to allow time in your itinerary to wait for the bus and for travel time, especially when you want to take advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry for Resort hotel Guests.
Although you can't take buses between the
Resort hotels, simply bus over to one of the theme parks and take another mode of transportation once you've arrived there. For example, in order to get to
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, simply take a complimentary trip on a bus to Magic Kingdom Park and then take the Resort Monorail to the Polynesian.
Of course, there is also the option of taking the paid
Minnie Van Service--Connected by Lyft using the tips you've already received. This is usually the quickest way to get from point A to B when you don't have a car to drive. You can always call for a taxi or other car service, too.
AN EXTRA GEM: Although you can take the bus to get to
Disney Springs, a beautiful shopping area, you can get there via a 10-minute-or-so walk. You can usually take a boat from Saratoga Springs to the Disney Springs area as well. I love having the easy access to shopping and dining experiences when I stay in this area of the property.
Please let us know if you have any other questions as you embark on your most magical adventure, Marlene. Anyone here at planDisney is
more than happy to help. Sending pixie dust your way!
Magic always,
LeAndra
