Thank you for the reply, Andrew! I have been calling the hotline for the past week and even stayed for.2 hrs but no one answered. I tried to manage my booking in the website but it is down specifically in Managing Sailing Date, is there any other way?

Hello again, Jhesusa! Glad to have you back alongside us here at planDisney! I'm sorry to hear your difficulty continues no matter what course it seems you set! I know how that feels, too!

We had to cancel a cruise due to a potential Covid-19 exposure just a week before our departure date this April! Luckily, nobody in our family ever tested positive, but the limited time we had to cancel combined with the long wait times on the phones led to more stress than I've felt about a vacation in years! I also tried everything to look for different headings on my map and different points of sail, even contacting the helpful crew members by email

I wish I had better news, but according to the crew members themselves, currently, the only way to cancel and reschedule your Disney Cruise Line is by phone. That may mean continuing to call whenever you can. I know you said staying on the hotline for two hours still did not prove successful, but in my recent experience, I finally got through after three hours with a little faith, trust, pixie dust, and a bit of strong coffee to help me pretend I'm sitting in Cove Café while I wait to speak to a crew member!

Oh, I nearly forgot - Disney Cruise Line just extended some of their policies as part of the "Book With Confidence" program! While your plans originally didn't qualify, now Guests booked on any sailings on or before September 30, 2022 can change their sail date up to 15 days prior to departure! Guests who wish to change their sail date must move their sail date to one that commences prior to September 30, 2023 - but that gives you an entire year's worth of itineraries to choose from! Remember, you will still be responsible for any fare differences, but that's a grand development!

I truly hope that you have a shorter queue the next time you call so you and your crew can get back to planning an incredible vacation when it works for your new timeline! Thank you, as always, for your question, Jhesusa, and if I can be of any more assistance, please send me another message. I'll be wishing upon a star that your next attempt to call in is successful - if it's not, let me know and I'll continue to do everything I can to help!

Until next time, I'll SEA ya real soon!

    Andrew
