Grace from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Thank you for the refund question. Do you have a refundable option, to purchase these tickets, in case Disneyland does not open by July 4, 2021? Please advise, so I will buy our tickets, which we plan to avail by 7/6/21. Thanks.

    Hi Grace,

Thanks so much for coming back to planDisney with your question. It's so nice to see you here again.

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable, so there wouldn't be an option to purchase tickets that are refundable. Typically, you do have an option to apply the amount you paid for a ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket. This way, if you're not able to use the tickets when you originally expected to visit the theme parks, you'll be able to look forward to enjoying all the magic of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park at a future date. It's like looking forward to a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!

As you're planning your visit to Disneyland Resort, be sure to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar so you can see when reservations are available to select. Be sure to also make your reservations through the Theme Park Reservations system.

Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog for updates on all that's new and exciting at Disneyland Resort. You can also stay up to date with Disneyland Resort theme park information by checking out the "Know Before You Go" announcements.

Grace, here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
