    thank you for your rapid response! We will be taking advantage of the dining plan that D offers, but we have not yet purchased it yet because the 2014 rates have not yet been released. Should I wait to get our plan before making res. or make them now??

    I'm so glad that you're planning to purchase a Disney Dining Plan with your Magic Your Way Vacation package. I absolutely LOVE the plan, its flexibility and the savings that it provides! If you have questions about the different Disney Dining Plans themselves, feel free to send them my way!

    Dining Reservations may be made as far as 180 days out. I absolutely would encourage you to make your Disney Dining Reservations as soon as you reach 180 days from your arrival date. There's no need to wait until you actually have made your reservation - although by the time 2014 Package Pricing is released, you may already have your confirmation! For locations that require pre-payment, you'll be able to have them refunded and adjusted to your Disney Dining Plan if you reserve prior to confirming your Walt Disney World resort reservations.

    Without a confirmed reservation, you'll be able to reserve one day at a time, as you reach 180 days from that date (online time and date calculators are great for figuring this out!). With a Magic Your Way Vacation Package already reserved, you'll be able to begin reserving as soon as you reach 180 days from your arrival, and make up to 10 days' worth of dining reservations all at once on that first day! Reservations can be made online via the Walt Disney World website, through the My Disney Experience app on your smart phone or tablet or by calling a Disney Dining Cast Member at (407) WDW-DINE.

    The most popular reservations such as Cinderella's Royal Table, Le Cellier, 'Ohana, Character Dining and Dinner Shows tend to reserve quickly, so having a bit of a 'plan' in mind in advance is very helpful.
