Thank you for your quick response! We will be arriving 2/23 and staying for 8 days, we have the magic your way package plus dining, and 7 day passes with park hopper. We do plan on leaving the parks one day to go to Sea World but again not sure which day.

    My pleasure, Brian!

Let's look at the dates of your stay; you can decide which day to stay out of a park in WDW. I rely on TouringPlans.com for (unofficial) crowd prediction; these are the parks with the lowest levels on each day of your stay.

2/23: (Princess Half Marathon; parks at their most crowded during your dates of stay)
              Otherwise? Animal Kingdom (AK)
2/24: Epcot (EP), Disney's Hollywood Studios (HS)  Magic Kingdom (MK)
    2/25: Any park
    2/26: Any park
    2/27: MK
    2/28: Any park
    3/1: AK or MK
    3/2: EP

Dining? Try to book these restaurants for your Advanced Dining Reservations. If you call (407) WDW-DINE, or go online to book ADRs and your first choice isn't available, book something else instead, just to be sure that you have a reservation for that day. You can always cancel if your first choice becomes available as your trip gets closer and other Guests change their own travel plans. Here are my recommendations for dining, per park, in order of preference for a family with a 5-year-old prince in tow:

MK: The Crystal Palace or Chef Mickey's (a quick monorail ride away from MK)
EP: The Coral Reef; Teppan Edo; Les Chefs de France
    HS: Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano
AK: Tusker House Restaurant; Sanaa (at nearby AK KIdani Village)

Downtown Disney: T-REX or Rainforest Cafe

Book either a late lunch or an early dinner, then fill in your Quick-Service meal for the other meal that day. We use snacks and packed breakfast items (granola bars, muffins, etc.) to start our days off quickly, enabling us to get into the parks early to enjoy the lighter crowds.

I have LOTS of tips on Quick-Service restaurants, too, so send another question so that I can fill you in on the details for that, too. I love to help advice Guests on Dining Plan options; it's so much fun!
