    Welcome back and I'm happy to offer a few more suggestions to commemorate this special birthday. Have you ever visited Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge? My husband and I really enjoy the signature dining location, Jiko - The Cooking Place. The ambience, flavors and expansive wine list make this a "must return to" restaurant for us.

    If you like seafood, consider booking a reservation at the Flying Fish Café. Clicking the link will provide you the many options to customize this experience, including a seating at the Chef's Tasting Wine Dinner currently available Sunday through Thursday. Strolling down the BoardWalk after dinner might be a "practically-perfect" way to celebrate, too.

    Lastly, I would encourage you to check out California Grill located at your Resort Hotel, Disney's Contemporary Resort. Although the menu offers many different Californian specialties, in my opinion the sushi remains unparalleled. I have a photo of their Dragon Roll on my phone ... and I just can't bring myself to delete it! You'll also be granted access to the observation deck for a beautiful view of Wishes fireworks.
