Hi Stacy,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question. We were lucky enough to attend
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party last month and, believe it or not, we at at
Liberty Tree Tavern that night, with a reservation that was schedule about an hour before the Party started. I did notice that the restaurant was emptying out as we left, so it does seem as though it closes once the Party starts.
From what I understand, the only other table service restaurants that are open during the Party are Cinderella’s Royal Table or (on some nights)
The Crystal Palace. If I had to pick one of those two restaurants, I would definitely go with Crystal Palace due to my love for Eeyore! But, here’s my real tip: don’t waste valuable time on dining at a table service restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! You’ll miss out on too much of the fun. Instead, try to book a dining reservation at around 6:00 p.m. That way, you’ll be done with your meal and out enjoying all of the spooky fun right away when the Party starts at 7:00 p.m. You won’t want to miss a second! Plus, this way, you may be able to score a dining reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern or at my current favourite Magic Kingdom Park restaurant,
Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
