    Thank you all for your last minute help! I wanted to verify that WDW has recently required backpacks and other carry-ons be left in a locker rather than be brought onto any ride? Hopefully the lockers are located near the loading and unloading areas?

    Hi John!

    Thank you for sending in your question. 

    That wasn't the case when I was there earlier this month and I haven't heard of any policy changes.  I took a backpack with me through all four theme parks as usual and took them on all of the attractions including the water rides and roller coasters.  You shouldn't have any issues.
