I spoke with a Cast Member, and she told me that the cleaning of the bathroom, such as the toilet, tub and shower, floor, and sink, will be included in the light cleaning you’ll receive every other day. If you ever feel that a particular area could use some additional cleaning, please feel free to call the Front Desk to ask for assistance. You can also confirm the
housekeeping procedures at your particular hotel upon check-in. A Cast Member will be happy to inform you of what you can expect.
Also, keep in mind that some Disney Resort hotel services
are currently modified or unavailable due to
social distancing. For example, Bell Services will deliver luggage to rooms, but won’t escort Guests along the way. In addition, in-room dining and in-room celebrations aren’t available at this time. Deliveries can only be made to occupied rooms, and club-level service is temporarily unavailable. Lastly, Resort airline check-in service is also currently unavailable. Despite those modified services, there are still so many wonderful benefits and perks for hotel Guests, including fabulous pools, fitness centers, sports courts, and delicious dining opportunities.
