Thank you so much for all of your help. You're such great rescources & a great way to start each day!! Can I buy my tickets from a 3rd party, and still use the DDP?

And a magical day to you!

In order to be eligible for the 2008 dining plan:
*guests must purchase the dining plan for each member in their party (over age 3)
*book a Magic Your Way vacation package
*buy at least one day's park admission for each person.

Your dining plan will equal the number of nights reserved on your Magic Your Way package. It is independent of the number of days on your park admission.

Therefore, you could purchase tickets from an outside vendor, however the savings may not be as worthwhile.
