Hello again, Barbara, and welcome back to planDisney! I almost feel like I'm part of your crew - or at least a trusted deck-hand - and will gladly help you tie up these loose ends as you finish planning! I hope you don't mind if I answer them a bit out of order:
While there isn't a dedicated e-mail address for Guests in Concierge Staterooms, you can always use the
Email Us form on the Disney Cruise Line website to contact a crew member. This form has a place for you to enter your reservation number, so the crew member assigned to help you will know as much as possible about your upcoming cruise. For Concierge-specific questions and help with detailed planning, I would suggest calling the Concierge Services Specialists on your dedicated line at (866) 784-1654.
Since they can help you with everything from
booking Port Adventures, reservations for
Palo or
Remy, treatments at
Senses Spa and Salon, dining room seating requests, special occasions and celebrations as well as any other requests you may have from pre-arrival to post-cruise, they will also have the most up-to-date availability and pricing information about the Serenity Bay Cabanas. I sure do hope they help you secure one - while I've never had the pleasure to spend a day on
Disney Castaway Cay in one, I know they take an already perfect day ashore to a new level!
Whether you decide to contact a crew member by e-mail or by phone, this is also the
best way to pre-pay gratuities - just be sure to do so at least 3 days before your embarkation date. Otherwise, your gratuities can be placed as part of your folio anytime before the end of your cruise. If you would like to further recognize the exceptional service you receive, you can always visit
Guest Services or contact your Concierge once aboard the ship!
I will say this is the first time I can remember a Guest asking if panelists can receive gratuities! Thank you so very much for asking, but I can honestly say that knowing that I have helped answer your questions so you have the most magical Disney Cruise Line vacation possible is more than enough.
I'm so excited for you and your crew to set off in pursuit of the horizon! If there is anything more you need help with as the date comes closer, please sail my way again, Barbara - I'm so glad "the ocean chose you!"
Fair winds and following seas!
Andrew
