Thank you for answering my question regarding requesting a specific room. After following your steps of calling, then faxing 10-12 days in advance and again 3-4 days in advance is the best bet doing online check in the 10 days prior or waiting to check in

    Hi Hillary!

Thanks for stopping by to visit me again!

I would definitely still recommend that you process Online Check In when you reach 10 days prior to your vacation. What Online Check In does is it basically 'speeds up' your check in process at the resort. During the online process, you'll place a credit card on file for incidental and room charging privileges, confirm all your information, and then when you arrive, everything will be ready for you.

Upon arrival at your resort, you'll proceed to the Online Check In desk and a Cast Member will collect your folder for you and you're set. You'll want to mention at this time that you had made a room request, and the Cast Member will check the file for you to see if it was granted by confirming the location of your room that's been assigned. If you're unhappy with the assignment, you can have the Cast Member look into moving you if possible depending on availability.

I'll be thinking of you and hoping that all goes well and that you get exactly what you've requested!
I hope you'll visit me again Hillary!

Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation!
