Thank you for answering my ? I love to shop, rarely get to for non-necessities.I was thinking of scheduling one or two shops in each theme park,is it worth planning in and which ones would be your choices? Looking for special create your own experiences.

Welcome back Stacey! I'm w/ you, I rarely shop when I'm not at Disney but WDW is my all-time favorite place to shop! If you're looking for create your own experiences, you'll find several at DTD:
    • Ridemakerz lets you build & customize radio controlled vehciles.
    • T-Rex Cafe where you can Build-A-Dino (similar to Build-A-Bear)
    • Once Upon a Toy where you can build your own light saber & Potato Heads
    • Disney Design-A-Tee - design & customize your own T-shirts
    • Disney's Days of Christmas for personalized Christmas ornaments
You'll have LOTS of opportunities to shop in the parks. In fact, most attractions exit through a gift shop themed for that attraction. One of my favorites is the shop at POTC - very cute!

At MK, I always go to The Emporium b/c there is so much under 1 roof. But I also like a lot of the unique things you find in some of the smaller shops or carts. Love the cart near Haunted Mansion. The Firehouse Gift Station near City Hall offers really cute things w/ a firefighter theme. The Art of Disney showcases Disney animation art, handpainted cels, figurines & more. Don't forget your Mouse Ears! The Chapeau is the place to customize your own ear hat.

In Future World at Epcot, I love Mouse Gears. Each country in the World Showcase features items found in that country - but you'll be able to find a little Mickey in each location too. You could literally spend at least an entire day just shopping in the World Showcase. At DHS, love the shops along Hollywood & Sunset Blvd.

If staying on property, you can have your purchases delivered to your resort free of charge so that you don't have to carry them around in the parks or DTD. You can also have your packages sent to Pckg Pickup located near the front entrance of the theme parks & pick them up on your way out. I'm running out of room - please come back if you need more info. :-)
