    Thank you for answering but I don’t see my magic band under my Disney experience even though I bought them and received a email confirmation. Under Disney fo it says I’ve already purchased them but doesn’t show me the color and doesn’t let me do anything.

    Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you so much for allowing us to further assist you in planning your MAGICAL Walt Disney World Vacation!

    OK...I did more investigative reporting concerning the possibility of changing the color of your MagicBand once they are ordered. After speaking with several Cast Members, I did officially find out that once any MagicBands are purchased, you are not allowed to exchange colors at this time. 

    HOWEVER, I do have some possible MAGICAL news! I just got off the phone with a VERY HELPFUL Cast Member at shopDisney. I was talking to her about your situation, and she said the MagicBand color could possibly be changed, but it would depend of where they are in the fulfillment process. I would call shopDisney right now at 800-328-0368 and give them your confirmation number. OHHHH...I am wishing upon a star that you are able to change the color of your MagicBand.
