    Thank you for your answer on how to get to Chef Mickeys. You wrote to me to make sure we use the same ticket to get in. We will not have hopper tickets but will have the key world card do we swipe that same card or how do we get in again?

    Hi Iris:

    The simple answer to your question is, yes, swipe that same card to get into the park again.

    If you have not added any special options to your park ticket, such as the park hopper option, then you have a standard Magic Your Way Base Ticket. This ticket allows you to enter and leave one Disney park per day. To examine your scenario, if your family uses a base ticket to enter the Magic Kingdom in the morning, you can leave the park to eat at Chef Mickey's (or participate in any other activity such as relaxing at the resort pool, shopping in Downtown Disney, or enjoying time at a spa), and when you are ready to return to the Magic Kingdom that day, simply return to the park and present the same ticket you used earlier in the day.

    You can add your park ticket to your Key to the World card, which is just another way of saying your Disney resort room key.  If you add your park ticket to your Key to the World card, then your Key to the World card will also function as your park ticket.  If you want to return to the Magic Kingdom after Chef Mickey's, simply swipe the same Key to the World card you used to enter the Magic Kingdom earlier in the day.
