    Hi! Thank you so much for this amazing panel! We are going on our first Disney Cruise leaving from NY. We want to go to Magic Kingdom while at Port Canaveral. Do we need to bring a car seat for our toddler for this excursion? Thank you!

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank YOU for sailing by and allowing us to assist you while you plan for your inaugural adventure at sea! I'm so excited for you and your family to enjoy all the onboard activities while sailing with Captain Mickey for the first time. If you haven't done so already, I recommend downloading the complimentary Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for your smartphone so once onboard, you'll have a schedule of each day's fun right in the palm of your hand!

    You asked a wonderful question! I'm happy to share that if you're taking the transportation provided by Disney Cruise Line to Magic Kingdom Park during your stop at Port Canaveral, you will not need to bring a car seat for your toddler! The seats on the motor coach are not equipped to support car seats. (If you did bring one, it would need to be stowed under the motor coach in the luggage compartment.) Your toddler can either safely sit in your lap or in the seat next to you!

    You've booked such a magical cruise! Experiencing all the adventures at sea aboard a Disney Cruise and then being able to spend a day at Walt Disney World Resort is my idea of a perfect vacation!
