    testing positve with covid , can i get a refund

    It sounds like your plans have changed! But don’t worry! It’s very easy for you to adjust your dates and take your magical vacation to the Disneyland Resort when the time is right for you! To modify your Theme Park Reservation, please log in to your Disneyland Account select "My Disneyland" then click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and select "Cancel Reservation." After you receive the confirmation of cancellation, you will be able to book a brand new theme park reservation for your desired date. Theme Park Reservations are limited and subject to availability. Before you attempt to change your reservation, I recommend checking the Availability Calendar to make sure your desired date and theme park are accepting reservations for your ticket type. 

    Unfortunately, canceling your Theme Park Reservation does not trigger a refund. That’s because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date. But, even if you're unable to visit before your tickets expire, don't worry! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. So, when you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
