Hi Teronya H., What do you recommend and why? VIa Napoli, Le Cellier, or Coral Reef (picking 2 of 3 for 2 days of lunches) at Epcot? Fulton's or Portobello for dinner at DD? Mama Melroses or Brown Derby for lunch at HS? Thanks for being so helpful.

    Hi Nicholas!

I am very happy to give you my personal opinion here, although we may have differing tastes.

In EPCOT, you cannot go wrong with Le Cellier.  If you love red meat and wine, you will be in heaven here!  Also, they are known for their Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup.  It's like dining in an old wine cellar, with stone arches and beautiful lighting.  Just make sure you call ahead as soon to make your Advanced Dining Reservation - up to 180 days in advance.

And, I would choose Via Napoli.  It is loud and boisterous, just as you can imagine it would be if you ate at a popular village restaurant in southern Italy, but the Neapolitan pizzas are absolutely yummy!

At Downtown Disney, I would choose Fulton's Crab House, and I have to be honest in saying that this is mainly because I am sentimental and love to experience anything with some "Disney History" behind it.  I have memories of visiting this steamboat replica when it was called the "Empress Lilly" and Downtown Disney was known as "Lake Buena Vista Village."  It was named after Walt's widow, Lillian Bounds Disney, who was actually there to christen it, and was home to the first Walt Disney World Character Breakfasts.  The interiors of dark mahogany and polished brass were just beautiful.  It has been completely renovated and is entirely different now, but it is still a wonderful place to visit and enjoy a great meal, such as Alaskan Crab Legs, one of my favorites!

Finally, I would choose the Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios.  It is simply iconic, and I absolutely fell in love with the Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake!  You have to try it!  I was blessed to enjoy a "Dine With an Imagineer" experience here last year in the Bamboo Room, and it was spectacular, from start to finish!

I hope you enjoy the choices you make, and have a magical time at Walt Disney World!
