Hello, Shahrika! Welcome! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question.
There is a
temporary final payment policy for Disney Cruise Line in effect for sailings between now and March 31, 2023. This policy temporarily extends the final payment until 60 days prior to sailing for Guests booked in unrestricted stateroom categories. For sailings after this date, the
former booking policies apply.
It is important to note that activities such as
Port Adventures,
spa treatments, nursery reservations, and dining reservations for
adult-exclusive restaurants (such as Palo, Remy, or Enchanté) can only be reserved once your cruise fare has been paid in full. A brunch at Palo is always at the top of my must-do list when sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line. The service is excellent and the food is divine! If you take advantage of the temporary final payment policy and find that some of the popular activities are no longer able to reserve once you have paid your cruise fare in full, there is always a chance that reservations will be available once you are onboard. For example, if you were hoping to dine at Palo, you can always stop by the restaurant shortly after boarding to inquire about reservations or ask to be put on a waitlist.
Shahrika, I am hopeful that the temporary policy works in your favor and that you'll be sailing with Disney Cruise Line soon. If you have any more questions as you plan your adventure, please cruise back to us! My pals and I would love to help.
Adventure is out there,
Adrianna
