Does Teppan Edo have low tables, with a chef, to accommodate wheelchair users who cannot transfer to a tall chair/stool?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Lynette ~

As a Mom with a son with mobility disabilities, I love to see that you are planning ahead.

Teppan Edo can accommodate Guests in wheelchairs. When you are making your advanced dining reservations, be sure to note that you have an accessibility request and that you will have someone in your party needing wheelchair accessibility. You can do that on the link provided above, on the My Disney Experience mobile app, or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

All of the tables in the room we were in at Teppan Edo had regular chairs and not the higher chairs. There were eight chairs at each of the tables I saw. They can seat Guests in wheelchairs on the end to give them more room. I think it would be tight to put them along the long side of the tables. If there are less than eight Guests in your dining party, they may seat you with other Guests. We've had great fun meeting other Disney lovers that way.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
