    Tent camping at FW in 2000 loop and have an ADR for CP just after 8am on 11/25, MK open @ 9. Does FW have a character breakfast bus? If we drive, when would the TTC parking lot open and monorail start to run (WDW web-site states 1 hour before opening)?

    Hi Vern!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    You should stop by the Front Desk the night before and ask what your options are, as the Disney Cast Members there will have the most up to date information. 

    However, based on my last stay at Fort Wilderness, in August, you should be fine taking a boat to the Magic Kingdom.  We found that the boat typically started running at 7:30 am when the Magic Kingdom opened at 9 am.  We had no problems getting to an early morning breakfast reservation ourselves via the boat to the Magic Kingdom.

    That said, you could also drive.  The parking lot typically opens about 90 minutes before the Magic Kingdom is scheduled to open.  By arriving that early, you can generally park within easy walking distance of the Transportation and Ticket Center avoiding the need to ride a parking tram.  The monorail typically starts running before an hour before park opening.
