Can you tell me about Wonderland Tea Party in Mk as I think our family would like to meet Mad Hatter. Is he everything we'd hope for? What's this I'm reading that only children are allowed? What is this experience all about anyway? Thanks!

A Very Merry Unbirthday to you, Mary! Alice and the Mad Hatter hold a very special place in my heart. I still collect Cheshire Cat pins and had a delectable Cheshire Cat Tail snack just this morning!

The Wonderland Tea Party at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is a delightful experience for guests age 4 to 12 only. Your little Mousketeers will attend this party without you, which is why they need to be totally potty trained and able to have a little fun without Mom and Dad, but with plenty of Disney supervision and more fun than you can shake a teapot at. The kids are well cared for while you have a little break. For about an hour in the “golden afternoon,” kids have a “tea” party with special snacks (like heart shaped PB&J sammies), crafts and a few fabulous guests, but I suppose you can guess who they may be! The Hatter is simply divine and as wittier than any creature in Wonderland!

Be sure to have purchased Memory Maker in order to have all the wonderful photos of your children having fun, laughing and greeting the especially “mad” party guests! Don’t be late! I recommend that you arrive at 1900 Park Fare about 10 minutes before the party is set to begin and that you do make reservations by calling (407) 939-3463. Reservations are approximately $40.00 plus tax.

I just know you’ll find your way down the rabbit hole to this never-ending fun time and enjoy the hour’s break for yourself. Perhaps a glass of wine in Citricos while your children enjoy the party is what the Queen of Hearts has ordered? If you yourself would like to meet the Hatter, perhaps breakfast at 1900 Park Fare is a good choice for your entire army of cards. As a bonus, you’ll be able to see the practically perfect Mary Poppins! ~ Lindsey P.
