Hi Marc! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!
You have come to the perfect place! I just had this same question about tickets I purchased for
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! I was just as confused as to why they were showing under "Tickets & Memory Maker" and not in my "Daily Itinerary". I spoke with a friendly Cast Member and they informed me that special event tickets will not appear under your itinerary. They are still linked to your account and you will be able to use them on the selected date for the party, but you will not find them in that location of your
My Disney Experience account.
The Cast Member did provide me with a great alternative to use in its absence. If you log on to your My Disney Experience account and scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets", you'll see a blue box that reads "Add More Plans". Click on the drop-down arrow and select "Notes" at the bottom. This feature allows you to add notes to your daily itinerary to keep track of everything you have going on for select dates. I was able to select the date, place, time, Guests, and include a title for the note. Now it appears similar to any other reservation I would have on that day. I also found it helpful to include other activities such as resort pool time, rest time, and other things throughout your day that will not show up normally. It's a great way to organize your day and to have everyone in your group that is connected through your My Disney Experience account up to date on the schedule.
Marc, I am so excited that you will be attending
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party this year! I love that the parties have made a return, and all of the wonderful events that take place during them. Do yourself a favor and make sure to catch Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade on Main Street, U.S.A. There is nothing more magical than watching the parade with snow falling from above. Also, make your way over to Tomorrowland throughout the event and check out A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas. During select times throughout the night, some of your favorite characters will be singing and dancing to some holiday classics!
I hope you have a magical time this holiday season, Marc! I can't think of a better place to spend it than at the Walt Disney World Resort!
See ya real soon!
Greg
