We are happy to see you planning a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort! Use the
park hours calendar to see the opening and closing times for the theme parks and to make note of any special ticketed events. Like you, we check the park hours prior to our visits to make sure we are maximizing our time in the parks. If you are staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, you will have access to
Early Theme Park Entry for Disney Resort Guests. And, since Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a deluxe resort hotel, you will also have access to
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. Just use the park hours calendar to see when early entry is for each theme park and to see when extended evening hours are being offered.
As you continue to plan, I also recommend reviewing the
Enchanting Extras Collection. On each visit, my family now likes to book at least one special experience. So, we look through the Enchanting Extras Collection options and then pick one. We also always take some time to decide on the dining locations we want to visit and then I make a list of the
advanced dining reservations we need to make when our
reservation booking window opens.
