Hi Gwen,
Welcome to planDisney!
I’d be more than happy to walk you through double checking your
Disney Resorts Collection room type. First, you’ll want to make sure you’ve downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app. This is a helpful digital resource that will have your digital room key, Theme Park tickets, maps, and so much more!
Once you create a My Disney Experience account or you’re signed into the mobile app, from the home screen, scroll down a little and you should see a section with your Disney Resorts Collection hotel information. You’ll want to click “My Resort” in that section. Another option is to select the horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner, then select the box titled “Resort Hotel”. If your reservation is linked, next you’ll see information pertaining to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Under the “My Reservation” tab, you’ll want to scroll down to the section that will eventually have your room number. You’ll see three dashes under “Room”. If you look in that section, you’ll see “Room Type”, “Confirmation”, and “Details”. By “Room Type”, you should see the type of room you booked.
If for some reason, the above doesn’t work for you or you need more information, just reach out to the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Cast Members, they’ll be able to confirm your room type.
Keep in mind, that within this “My Resort” section of the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can see all the dining, recreation, and shopping specific to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Before my trips, I always take a look through this section to learn more about my Resort!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any other planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
