Hi Shelly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
There is a long list of things I love about visiting Walt Disney World Resort, but at the top of that list is the food! I have tried most of the Table-Service restaurants, not only in the theme parks, but also in the resort hotels and Disney Springs. There are SO many delicious options to choose from, and they all please everyone in my family - from my husband's adventurous palate to my little one's picky taste buds!
While there isn't one set time that all Table-Service restaurants switch from lunch to dinner service, most begin dinner around 4 p.m.-5 p.m., but there are a few exceptions. The best way to find out the exact time that a restaurant ends lunch and begins dinner is by visiting the
Advance Dining Reservation page directly. From there, click on the restaurant that you want to visit. This will bring up the description of the restaurant and you will find the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours there. There are some locations that only serve during certain meal times, so be sure to check that as well. An example of this is
1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, where you can dine during breakfast and dinner, but they are closed for lunch.
I strongly recommend making an Advance Dining Reservation for any Table-Service location that you would like to dine at. These reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance. If staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can make all reservations 180 days in advance for the entire length of your stay, up to ten days. Many locations on Walt Disney World Resort property are very popular, so the earlier you make those reservations, the better!
Enjoy your trip and feel free to visit us here again soon!
