    Hi can you tell me what time the line starts forming for the free monthly Lego build at Down Town Disney? At our local store lines start at 3pm even though the event begins at 5pm.

    That is the $64,000 question. The answer is going to have to be...it depends.
    It depends on how long you and your kids are willing/want to wait. It depends on how many other families have the same plan as you (which I am sure is many). The variables to this are endless.
    That said, I think the example you give about your local store is a good indicator of what you are probably going to encounter/have to do at Downtown Disney.
