    Can you tell me what time the buses start running? I am looking to possibly change a breakfast reservation to Kona Cafe on Thursday the 27th.

    Hello, Yvonne! Welcome to the Moms Panel! The Walt Disney World Transportation System begins running one hour prior to a park's opening time. However, if you have early morning dining reservations, buses begin running between 6:30-6:45 a.m. for this very reason. Simply head on down to your resort's bus stop and look for a bus whose marquee may state one of the following: "CHARACTER", "DINING", or "SPECIAL". At least, these are the ones I am familiar with.
