Hello. Can you tell me what a tier 5 ticket is?

    Howdy Joyce, welcome to planDisney!

It's exciting to hear that you're considering a magical vacation to the Disneyland Resort! It’s a great time to visit, as there are a ton of amazing attractions just waiting for you to experience! My MUST SEES are Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park and the new Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park. Every time I step foot into both areas, my jaw still drops in awe!

I'll do my best to hopefully provide a bit of clarity as you start to look into your ticketing options. The Disneyland Resort uses a ticketing tier system for Standard Theme Park Tickets. This means the price of the theme park ticket will vary depending on the theme park reservation date that you select. Tickets currently range from Tier 1 to Tier 6. Tier 1 has the most restrictions in terms of eligible reservation dates and Tier 6 has the least number of restrictions. The ticket that you purchase will be valid for admission on the date you selected and on dates in the same or lower tier. It looks like you're interested in a Tier 5 ticket. That means this ticket would also be valid for Tier 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 days.

If you can be flexible on the dates to begin your amazing adventure at the Disneyland Resort, you might be able to save a bit of money on your ticket purchase. But no matter what day you choose to go, you will have a fantastic time! Mickey and his pals will be waiting to welcome you!

    See ya real soon!
