How can I tell if I have tickets AND a reservations to WDW?

    Hiya Tara,

Welcome back to planDisney! We are so appreciative that you continue to see us for help with your Walt Disney World Resort planning questions! As you have pointed out, you need both valid Theme Park tickets and a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each day of your visit to enter the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, so your question is an excellent one! It always hurts my heart when Guests don’t have their Disney Park Pass Reservations, and it puts a damper on their vacation plans.

So let’s see if we can verify that you have both valid Theme Park Tickets and Disney Park Pass Reservations. The easiest way, in my opinion, is to check using your My Disney Experience mobile app. First, open up the My Disney Experience mobile app and select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. To locate your Theme Park tickets, select “Tickets and Passes.” On the next screen, you will be able to see all of your Theme Park tickets that are associated with your account. To verify if you have Disney Park Passes, click the blue back arrow and select “Future Plans” from the tiles presented. Once you choose “Future Plans,” you will be able to see your vacation broken down by day. If you have booked your Disney Park Pass Reservations, you should see the Disney Park Passes for each day. You will also see any dining reservations that you have secured as well. If you do not see Disney Park Pass Reservations, this could be for one of two reasons, either you have not booked them yet, or they still need time to link to your account. To confirm that you have booked Park Pass reservations and it is just taking a little time to appear in your My Disney Experience account, go back and take a look at your emails. Every time you book a Disney Park Pass reservation, you will receive a confirmation email that shows the date of the reservation, the Theme Park, and who is in your party. As long as you have that email confirmation, you are good to go. Just be sure to check back in a day or two to confirm the changes have also been reflected on your My Disney Experience account.

I hope my answer helps, Tara! If there is anything else we can help you with, please come back and see us!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
