To enquire about your specific
theme park ticket, you can reach out to a Cast Member by calling the
Tickets phone line or by tapping the “Chat with Us” tile found in the ☰ feature menu of the
Disneyland mobile app. You can also tell if a ticket is still valid if it is linked to an existing
theme park reservation or if you can visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to book a new park reservation with that ticket ID.
If a ticket has expired but was also wholly unused, it may still be used to upgrade to a new ticket that is of equal or greater value than the amount paid for the original ticket. To upgrade an eligible expired ticket, I recommend calling the
Tickets phone line or initiating a chat session with a Cast member. You can also upgrade a ticket in person at a main entrance ticket booth.
I recently purchased theme park tickets online. The purchase confirmation email I received states the date by which all of the days of the ticket must be used. In most cases that I have experienced, ticket expiration dates are near the end of the following calendar year for one-day tickets or 12 days after the end of the following year for multi-day tickets. Certain promotional tickets have unique expiration dates. For example, discounted
tickets for eligible US military members purchased this year will expire on December 15, 2023. And the current
Southern California resident weekday ticket will expire on May 25, 2023.
