Anthony from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How can I tell what ticket that I have has been linked to a specific person? When I go into the app to look at the virtual tickets. The number on the virtual ticket doesn't correspond with any number on the actual card.

Hey Howdy Hey Anthony and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you so much for stopping by with your question about linking tickets. I would be more than happy to walk you through a few options to make sure your tickets are linked and appropriately assigned.

The first thing you will want to do is check over things on the My Disney Experience app. After you log in, tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the screen for more options and then tap "Tickets and Passes". You should see all of the tickets you have linked to your account thus far. Usually in this section, the tickets you have connected will be there separately with different colors on the top with the Guest they are assigned to and the ticket details such as "5-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Option" or whichever options you did or did not have. You should be able to swipe left to see all of the other tickets as well. As long as you have the correct amount of tickets and they all say the same thing that reflects your purchase, you should be in good shape.

If you did need to try to reassign your tickets to another member of your party, that should be fairly easy to do again from this screen. You should see an option at the bottom to "Reassign Tickets", which you will tap on and follow the prompts to get them reassigned to the right member.

I would also encourage you to check this out online through your My Disney Experience account as well. Both the My Disney Experience app and the online site should have all of the same information, but sometimes I have found that the app lags a bit behind the site. Once you log in, go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and look for the heading, "Tickets & Passes" which you will click on. There you should also see all of the tickets you have connected to your account, the details of the tickets as well as the members they are assigned to. Again, make sure you have the right amount of tickets, the details are correct and they are assigned to the right members which you can do from the drop-down menu on the right of the screen.

If you do see discrepancies between what you booked and what is listed online or in the app, this looks like a job for Disney Cast Members! You can reach out to them at (407) 939-4357 and the Cast Members will be able to help you with any issues you may have linking your tickets or the details of them.

I hope these options were helpful to get your questions about your tickets resolved. Best of luck as you continue to move forward with planning your upcoming trip. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach back out, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
