Welcome aboard, Andrea!
How exciting! You're leaving in just a couple of weeks! I can't wait for you to step aboard and not have to think about what's for dinner for fourteen nights. Disney Crew Members provide those extra magical touches that make our vacations more relaxing and hassle-free. Your servers -- who will come to learn all your favorites -- will “rotate” with you to each restaurant.
Rapunzel’s Royal Table is enchanting! This rotational dining restaurant is filled with glowing lanterns and Rapunzel’s drawings. There’s singing and dancing – even a few mischievous Snuggly Duckling Thugs stop by. Try Rapunzel’s Fry Pan Sweet Bread for dessert. It’s served in a tiny fry pan, just like the one Rapunzel skillfully uses.
While most nights are cruise casual, you have a few opportunities to dress your best and even party like a pirate. The first Monday is formal night. The second Sunday is semi-formal night, and the second Wednesday is
Pirate Night. I like to take advantage of the shipboard photographers on the dress-up evenings and capture a photo of my family looking our best. Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie also join in and wear their fanciest outfits. The
Dress Code is just a suggestion. You can decide what’s right for your family.
Did you know Disney Cruise Line also offers laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning services? You'll find a laundry bag and price sheet in your stateroom closet. You can also use the
self-serve laundry facilities on decks 2, 6, and 7. I like to bring a foldable hamper to keep the room tidy, and it doubles as a laundry basket to take to the laundry room.
I hope you are feeling shipshape and ready to sail! Cruise back to planDisney with more questions if you have any. I hope your cruise is filled with delectable dishes and memories to last a lifetime.
SEAS the adventure!
