Can you tell me if you have a specific form for the push wagon medical waiver or if I just need a letter from my doctor

Hey there Danielle, welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you have a magical trip coming up, how exciting!  Stroller wagons and wagons are not permitted for use at the Disneyland Resort, and strollers that are larger than 31" (79 cm) x 52" (132 cm) are also not allowed.  However, there can be an exception if the stroller wagon qualifies as a "Stroller as a Wheelchair" for Guests with disabilities who need to use their stroller as a mobility device instead of a traditional wheelchair, there is a need to transport additional medical equipment, or an adult who uses a stroller as a mobility device to assist with walking.

When you arrive to the Disneyland Resort, you will need to connect with Security or Guest Relations to speak with a Cast Member on your specific situation.  I do recommend that you also have a backup plan since it is not guaranteed that you will be able to use your stroller wagon, each request is handled on a case by case basis.  As an alternative, you could also bring a stroller that fits within the Disneyland Resort guidelines

If your stroller wagon is permitted for use during your trip, the Cast Member will confirm if verification is needed each day, or if your "Stroller as a Wheelchair" tag is issued for the length of your trip.  My final recommendation is that you may want to reach out to Disability Services prior to your trip for guidance for your family in preparation for your visit.

The Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration will still be taking place during your visit, how exciting!  During our last trip, we loved enjoying all of the wonderful entertainment options, my daughter loved the Paint the Night parade, and we can't wait to see it again.  Wondrous Journeys is also such a magical show to enjoy at the end of your day in the parks!

I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming trip, Danielle!  If we can help with any other questions before your trip, please come back and ask.

    Have a magical day!
    Melissa
