    Can you tell me if there would be any special events going on the last week of april - firlst week of may that would make the crowds larger on either of those weeks? Thank you for all of your help

    Hi Michele!

    Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival is still in full swing yet the Spring Break/Easter crowds will have departed for 2012.

    Due to the late Easter holiday this past year, the last week of April was extremely crowded.

    Watch for Expedition Everest Challenge, a 5K run, which was the first weekend in May this year. This is an after-hours event at the Animal Kingdom! In addition, the last weekend in April began the Cheerleading And Dance World Championships. These two events bring in extra visitors to WDW.

    Until further information is released on 2012 events, both weeks are likely to have moderate crowd levels.
