Can you tell me if there are any special characters we can expect to see for Christmas? Wondering if any of the harder to find characters (Merryweather, Robin Hood, etc) are part of the Christmas Party or anything. Thanks!

    Hi there Chris,

Nothing beats the holidays at Walt Disney World; the dazzling lights, the gorgeous ornaments, the festive music, the smell of fresh gingerbread, and even some falling snow.  All of that said, my favorite part of Christmas at Walt Disney World is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!

It is not uncommon for rare and more elusive characters to come out of hiding during special events such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  I always wait with anticipation to see who will be unveiled for meet and greets for each year's party!  Over the years, I have been able to capture photos with Jasmine, Aladdin, Genie, AND Abu, Princess Aurora with her Prince Phillip, Beast and Belle, Cinderella, Prince Charming AND Lady Tremaine and the Wicked Stepsisters, Captain Jack Sparrow, Phineas and Ferb, Wreck it Ralph, Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger, Peter Pan AND Wendy, Snow White with her Prince, and my favorite, ALL seven Dwarves!

Unfortunately, I personally have not seen Merryweather or Robin Hood during the party but that's not to say this year won't be different!  Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as the event approaches for any up to date announcements!

    Best Wishes,
