list of prohibited items. Small percussion massagers are not mentioned, but other items can help shine a light on your question. If it plugs into a wall, it would be considered an electronic appliance and would not be allowed. If it is battery-operated, it should be OK. Ultimately, what is allowed is determined at the port.
