Hooray for your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! It sounds like you are asking about
MagicBands. If so, I am happy to help!
To check the status of your MagicBands, log into
My Disney Experience and click on My MagicBands and Cards. If you are still able to order or edit MagicBands, you will see those options. To see if your MagicBands have shipped, go to My Plans in My Disney Experience and scroll to find your reservation details. We have an upcoming reservation and, for that reservation, I see a note that says "Your MagicBand Order Has Shipped" and there is a tracking number.
In looking at your arrival date, I see that your stay is just around the corner! If you have not yet done
Online Check-in, I suggest that you complete it now. Once completed, you will receive automated messages when your resort room is ready and, with your MagicBands, you can go straight to your room! If you get to your room and your MagicBands do not work (this has happened to us on occasion), remember that you can also use the Unlock Door feature in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Just open the mobile app, click on the three bars at the bottom of the home screen, click on Resort Hotel, and then scroll to see the Unlock Door option.
Sarah, I am so excited for you! I trust your MagicBands arrive in time. Remember, if you are flying, keep them with you in your carry-on luggage. If you have an extra MagicBand for each Guest in your party, I also recommend bringing those just in case someone loses a new MagicBand during the trip (can you tell this has happened to us?).
