    Can you tell me if there is a place to get a hot breakfast at the Contemporary Resort without a reservation? Also, how far ahead do you need to cancel a dining reservation like the Grand Floridian cafe?

    Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

    Yes! You can find a good variety of a hot breakfast choices, without reservation, at Contempo Cafe, which is on the fourth floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort, right alongside Chef Mickey's.  (If you would like to see a sample menu, I would recommend looking at another website: www.allears.net, which has a good listing of most restaurant menus at Walt Disney World Resort.)

    For cancellations, some restaurants require a credit card guarantee, that will charge you $10 per person if you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, or if you do not show up for the reservation.  Other restaurants may not charge a cancellation fee, but I would still recommend that you cancel any reservations at your earliest opportunity, as a courtesy to other guests who may wish to make a reservation at that restaurant.
