Hi Erik,
Welcome to planDisney!
How exciting to plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! It sounds as if you are bringing quite the group to visit. Take a look at the Three Bedroom Grand Villas at Disney's Riviera Resort, BoardWalk Villas, Old Key West, Saratoga Springs Resort, as well as The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Given the dates of your visit, I suggest that you check availability as soon as possible.
Once you are ready to book a
vacation package with the resort hotel and theme park tickets,
contact a Cast Member by phone for assistance with making that reservation. If there is no availability for a three-bedroom villa, consider splitting your party into smaller groups and reserving standard rooms. Depending on the resort hotel, you can request that the rooms be connecting. Although, not guaranteed, Cast Members do their best to accommodate those requests.
If you get that vacation package booked, you will need to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for everyone in your party. To make park pass reservations, you will need to make sure you have a
My Disney Experience account, that everyone traveling with you is listed or linked in your
My Family & Friends List, and that your vacation package is linked in My Disney Experience.
At 60-days prior to your trip, make
advanced dining reservations. With a larger party, those reservations are simply a must-have. Be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. On our last trip, we loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in, especially when we could request a window table!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
