    Tell me what makes the Mickey's Merry Christmas Parade Event worth the extra expense? I understand that there are main street parades all the time.

    Hi Nadine,

    Christmas is my favorite season AND especially at Walt Disney World Resort!!  Imagine sipping hot cocoa and eating cookies walking down Main Street - with SNOW!!!  Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade is a must see!  You just never know who will make a surprise appearance - maybe Santa Claus.  There's also live entertainment with some of Disney's favorite Characters.  Many of the attractions are open at this time, too.  And please prepare yourself to see Cinderella's Castle all enchanted with Dream Lights!  So to answer your question - Yes, it's worth the extra expense!
