    What can you tell me about the Magic Kingdom on Dec. 3 and the taping of the Christmas parade? I just read about this. We were planning on spending our last evening eating at Crystal Palace ( reservations) and then watching the 9:00 parade. Tks

    Hi Barbara,

    Disney does not typically release detailed information about the taping of their Christmas parade in early December.  However, my parents have been present during the taping of the parade in earlier years and they said they felt very little impact from being there during taping.  For the most part, the Magic Kingdom's restaurants and attractions operate normally.  I would plan to stay away from Main Street U.S.A. during the taping if you want to avoid excessive crowds, but you should be able to enjoy your reservation at the Crystal Palace and your evening parade without complications.
