    Can you tell me when the magic bands+ will be available to preorder with our reservations

    Welcome to planDisney. I am so happy that you stopped by with your question. The Magic Band+ announcement back in September 2021 was definitely an exciting one. The new bands will take the immersive Disney experience to a whole new level. I can't decide which new feature I am looking forward to the most. Having the opportunity to check "play like a Bounty Hunter in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge" off my bucket list is probably at the top. 

    These bands are set to launch in 2022, but there is no release date set at this time. I recommend checking in with both the Disney Parks Blog and the Walt Disney World website often. When the exciting preorder date is officially set you will be able to read about it on these sites first. 

    Speaking of Disney Parks Blog, if you are not already familiar with this site, I highly recommend checking it out. Besides being a great source for the Magic Band+ launch date, the blog is full of exciting news about Walt Disney World Resort. As you continue to plan your upcoming trip you will be able to discover new treats coming soon, what must-do attractions are getting an opening date and any celebrations that may be happening during your next stay. 

    I will be wishing on a star that these amazing bands are released before your next trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
