Oh Boy! I’m so excited to hear that you are planning on attending an
After Hours Event. I’ve been wanting to enjoy one with my family, I’ve just been waiting for them to grow up just a little bit more, so that they can make it through the event. I think this year we can do it! So we are tentatively planning on purchasing tickets to
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party when those become available. Fingers crossed my Mouseketeers can make it! I think we will plan for a slow resort morning and then enter the party refreshed and ready to party through the night.
As my family has aged, this also means no more strollers for us, which also means no more portable storage! I never realized how much I depended on my stroller to hold everything until we outgrew our stroller. The solution?
Rent a locker, of course! After renting our very first locker at Disneyland last October, I've done it ever since. It’s so nice to pack our park bag with rain gear, extra clothes, or extra snacks and not have to carry it around all day. I stand by renting a locker every time now!
The good news is that both my
fellow panelist and I have confirmed that you can rent a locker and use it to store your belongings during an After Hours Event. Tip: Keep an alarm on your phone to grab your stuff at the end of the night. Even though I tell myself I won’t forget, I like to have a backup reminder just in case. I also recommend grabbing your locker as soon as you arrive for the event, since they are rented out on a first-come, first-served basis. Plus, the quicker you store your items, the quicker you can get to
enjoying the fun!
