Hi Tracy,
Be Our Guest is a little different than most counter service restaurants in many ways, including the beautiful interior and the slightly fancier cuisine.
There are no combo meals per se on the menu at this time. The lunch entrees include a tuna nicoise salad, a quinoa salad, sandwiches with ham and cheese, carved turkey or roast beef, vegetable quiche and a braised pork dish. Two kinds of soup are available a la carte: French onion and potato leek. Both soups are vegetarian options.
The only side salad listed anywhere at lunch is the baby lettuce with vinaigrette that accompanies the quiche. I'm not sure if it would be possible to get some of that salad as an addition to the soup for an added fee, but it won't hurt to ask.
One of the standout differences about Be Our Guest is the diners' ability to modify the menu offerings based on allergies or food sensitivities or taste. You order lunch at a touch screen, and if you indicate that you are allergic to tree nuts, for example, any foods with nuts as an ingredient disappear from your available options.
If you haven't seen the menu at Be Our Guest, you can
check it out here. If you click on the "Show Detail" button next to each food item, you will find nutritional information and ingredient list.
I hope that answers your question. Be Our Guest is a terrific experience. I haven't had the French onion soup yet, but I can vouch for the potato leek. And I certainly can recommend the desserts.
Please let me know if I can be of any more help as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World. Enjoy!
