Hi Robin!
Welcome to planDisney.
This is a good question! Thank you for sending it to us. It's not hard to get from
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort to
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, but it will take a couple of forms of
Disney Transport to get there - as you're right, the monorail route does not cover the Disney All-Star Resorts.
I suggest you take a bus from your hotel to Magic Kingdom Park. They run every 20 minutes or so. From the entrance to the park, you can choose to take the Resort Monorail around Seven Seas Lagoon to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Alternatively, there is a short boat ride via Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. As you head to the ramp for the monorail, look to the left - if there's a boat waiting, I would jump on that. Otherwise, the monorail is probably your quickest option.
Disney's Magical Express (the complimentary airport shuttle) is now discontinued. As a close alternative, I usually take a Mears Connect bus to the airport. You can make your reservations online, using their own website. It's reasonably inexpensive (around $16 per adult, each way,
subject to change). I have found them to be efficient, clean and comfortable, with friendly drivers who will assist with your luggage. When returning to Orlando International Airport you will have to make your booking in advance. If you want to use this service on arrival into Orlando you can also make your reservation in advance, or they offer a walk-up service at the airport.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We are always happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
