Hello Laurence and hello Paula!
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It's wonderful to hear you're planning your trip to Walt Disney World. A great go-to planning tool is the
online Park Hours Calendar. You can see the scheduled operating hours for each of the theme parks, the water parks, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. You can also see schedules for parades, fireworks and nighttime spectaculars, and special events. The schedules will also let you see which attractions are under refurbishment. Best of all, I think, is that you can look at this information for the Month View, 5-Day View, and Day View.
Looking at the schedules, it appears that
Happly Ever After is scheduled to light up the sky each night at 8 p.m. I do love the Happily Ever After nighttime fireworks spectacular, and I find myself immediately caught up in the magic when the first opening notes sound and Cinderella Castle lights up. Taking a glance at the calendar for January, it looks like Magic Kingdom Park is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 8 p.m, Epcot is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Disney's Hollywood Studios is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Disney's Animal Kingdom is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The online Park Hours Calendar will also show you the morning and evening
Extra Magic Hours that are scheduled. Keep in mind that schedules can change, but this should give you a good start in your planning.
So are you ready to begin? Then let the wonder take hold. Feel it draw you in. Watch the moment unfold.
Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation.
Enjoy your Disney!
Jerry
