Hi Marcy,
A turkey leg is as iconic as a Dole Whip or a Mickey Bar as a treat at Walt Disney World. They're so huge, you could make a whole meal on one or share for a light bite. My family still laughs about the funny looks we got as the four of us passed around a turkey leg as we waited in line for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad several years ago.
You'll find an entire cart dedicated to turkey legs in Frontierland at
Magic Kingdom. At
Epcot, the legendary drumsticks are available at the
Fife & Drum Tavern in the American pavilion of the World Showcase.
I had heard that turkey legs were no longer available at Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom. However, I now see a turkey leg on the menu at the
Yak & Yeti Quality Beverages menu at Animal Kingdom, so it appears to be back. I do not know of anywhere at Hollywood Studios that sells turkey legs at this time.
Thanks for your question, Marcy. Please let us know if we can help in any other way as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation. Enjoy!
Wilma
